Alex is a well-known expert on the physics and applications of NV centers in diamond. Among his many contributions, one highlight is the investigation of NVs in rotating diamonds for precision sensing. Alex will be working with us throughout the fall semester.

A Latin-American delegation that included the Consul Generals from Argentina, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, and Bolivia recently visited CCNY with the goal to establish a scientific collaboration.
